He specializes in designing and implementing strategies that enhance operational resilience, mitigate risk, and deliver sustainable cost efficiencies.
He is a seasoned business transformation consultant and serves Mendezized Metals Corporation as a fractional Chief Operations Officer, where he
oversees strategic operations, risk management, and business development. In this capacity, he leads initiatives to create network processes,
enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen the company’s resilience in a dynamic global market.
In his prior role, he worked as a Claims Strategist and Operations Designer at Allstate Insurance Company in Miami, where he led transformative
initiatives in claims management. His work focused on optimizing end-to-end claims processes, minimizing litigation and fraud, and improving
operational efficiency for large teams managing high volumes of claims.
Earlier in his career, he navigated complex claims landscapes, including resolving high-value litigation, built provider networks, and managed intricate

Gilbert Gazzia
Has held a number of roles as a Web Developer, Instructional Designer and Manager. His prior roles include Vice-President of Training Systems at Merrill Lynch overseeing the computer based securities exam training for all brokers and sales assistants. He also managed the development, implementation and maintenance of Merrill Lynch’s e-commerce site. Mr. Gazzia has been a Project Manager at ICF International and Intelligent Decision Systems, Inc. creating web based training and certification modules for the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, U.S. Navy, Naval Postgraduate School and the Naval War College. Mr. Gazzia is currently the E-Learning Developer at Bisk Education. Mr. Gazzia received his degree in Computer Programming from Control Data Institute in 1978.
